Horror,nightmare!

Hi.
Yesterday wasnt trade because couple of problem feel with techincal support.I wrote about this...
Today checked all page/forums and the softvers and watch the racingpost info,thing quiet sunday/not realy serius meetengs/ perfect to praktice:the market wait Me.
Login and start my job.
The softwer on the pc working perfect just feel litllebit slowly when i put my bets.General good.One good result follow the other,big surprise because i thing poor markets/no liquidity/and dificcult to trading.
Stop when i feel disconcentrated,driking one coffe,water and go out to fresh air for"wake up"littlebit.
And after few hours comming the big Bumm.

Over trading one irish market and when suspended/going in play/i have 8-10 € RED.This is the real time when i most be leave from the market but i hope...FCK.Step by step going the horses and i see bigger and bigger loss.The in play market not realy big turnover and no chance to claim back my money.Of course my bet is LAY,and the horse win.
After try to follow the work but the my mentaly not clear and do some wrong again.
Conclusion:
-never go in running
-the hope is not strategy
-and only the hard work worth it.
To me this is the bigger problem because now more or less i understand the marketmovment just most be working more disclipcined.
Very painful loss,because my bank not realy big and we come to second important theme: money managment!Most be treated very careful.
So."Tomorrow other day" like spanish people say and keep going.
